Transponder
The lightweight and compact TRIG transponder features an integrated altitude encoder and qualifies as a level 1 Mode S datalink transponder for general aviation aircraft that cruise faster than 175 knots. Fully certified with EASA ETSO and FAA TSO approval for IFR and VFR flight. It also supports 1090 MHz Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast (ADS-B) extended squitter, known as “ADS-B out”. This provides improved airborne surveillance, vital information for airport ground surveillance, and is a key feature of future airspace plans.
