Dual EFIS Display
Each GRT Avionics Horizon HX EFIS provides the pilot with Primary Flight Display (PFD) and Multifunction Display (MFD) capabilities in a compact and lightweight unit. Features include synthetic vision, color moving map with shaded relief terrain, graphical engine monitoring, advanced lateral and vertical autopilot coupling, synthetic approach, dual AHRS (Attitude Heading Reference System) with integrity monitoring, reversionary display capability, dual magnetometer, RAIM GPS, and more.
Integration features include: Garmin radio VOR bearing data, localizer and glide slope deviation data display, and the ability to pre-set navigation and communication frequencies. Communication flip-flop frequencies are switched from the control stick HOTAS. Other integration features are EFIS display of electronic fuel level and smoke oil level, flap and trim positions, and HOTAS interface for EFIS control functions.
