| Delivery | While we try to maintain a complete inventory for instant shipment, the nature of our business makes it difficult to have all items in stock. Most orders can be shipped within 2-4 weeks. |
| Shipping | All parts orders are subject to a $12.00 minimum shipping/handling charge. Domestic orders normally ship UPS ground delivery. International orders normally shipped US Postal Service- Air Parcel Post. Refer to shipping rates. Contact BMT for an International or or UPS Air shipment rate. All items too large for UPS are shipped via truck motor freight or air freight. Oversize items are subject to a crating charge. |

| Order Cancellation | Out of stock items will be placed on back order. Cancellation of orders must be received prior to shipment of goods. |
| Return of Goods | Merchandise may not be returned without our consent. Return material may not be used or damaged and must have our assigned return authorization number. Non-stock or special order items are not returnable. All other returns are subject to a 20% cancellation charge and reasonable handling charges. Goods returned because of our error will be replaced or credited without expense to you. |
| Liability | Inasmuch as BD-Micro Technologies Inc. has no opportunity to supervise the installation or maintenance of parts by it, nor any opportunity to participate in the design or manufacture of the various homebuilt aircraft in which its parts are utilized, the purchaser by placing this order with BD-Micro Technologies Inc., agrees that all materials purchased will be used solely at purchasers risk and that the purchaser will indemnify and hold BD-Micro Technologies Inc., its owners and employees, free and harmless from all loss, liability or damage resulting from claims brought by reason of any alleged failure or defect of any part or parts supplied by BD-Micro Technologies Inc. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect and accept or reject any part or parts received by him. |
